Purchases and payments
All our items are vintage pieces that are sold in good original condition or reupholstered with high quality materials. On request, we can send you a condition report for selected pieces before you make your purchase. Payments can be made online by Bancontact or by PayPal. The pieces should be paid for in advance. Most of the goods we sell are taxed under the Belgian “Margin Scheme”. For these goods under the heading “works of art, collectibles and antiques”, VAT cannot be deducted.
You can collect your purchased items from our gallery or warehouse after making an appointment or arrange for your own shipping.
You can also choose to have them delivered by a transport company. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have concerning the choice of a professional transport company, a quote for shipping, appropriate packing, etc.
We ship worldwide.
Shipping costs are not included in the price of the items.
All transport agreements are directly between you and the selected transport company. If you have contracted a transport company to deliver your items and damage or loss occurs in transit, you should contact the transport company directly.
You can return any item bought from our online store within 14 days of delivery. Returns should be requested by email. All transport costs incurred will be at the expense of the buyer. You should return the item in the same condition as it was delivered .
Any damage will incur restoration costs. We will not accept returned items if any changes have been made to the item.
Products bought or collected from the gallery cannot be returned.
